Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on xa555. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances forfeited and any pending bonuses cancelled.
You must register and use xa555 solely for your own personal benefit. Opening an account on behalf of a third party, accepting deposits from third parties or wagering on another person's behalf is prohibited. xa555 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your own verified name.
To register an account you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address and, where required, a Pakistani mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and throughout your use of xa555 is truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, xa555 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal and reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of account use. Accepted documents typically include:
xa555 may suspend or restrict account functionality — including deposit, wagering and withdrawal capabilities — pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Users in cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar should ensure that the name and details on their CNIC or passport exactly match those provided at registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or authentication codes with any third party. xa555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate account security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to xa555 support immediately.
xa555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from xa555 platform content.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using xa555:
xa555 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings and permanently close accounts where Prohibited Activity is detected. Decisions made by xa555 in this regard are final.
All bets placed on xa555 — including cricket match-winner markets for PSL and ICC events, football, UFC, esports and virtual sports — are subject to the platform's general betting rules and to any sport-specific or market-specific supplementary rules displayed at the point of bet placement. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before confirming any wager.
A bet is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation from the xa555 system. xa555 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error, bets placed on markets that were offered in error or bets involving odds that were published incorrectly due to a technical or human error. Settled results are final unless xa555 determines that a void or reversal is required due to market error or event cancellation.
In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment or postponement — including PSL fixtures, ICC Test matches or T20I series — xa555 will apply its standard void/refund policy as published in the sport-specific rules. Bets on events declared void will typically be refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake value.
Casino games — including live dealer baccarat, roulette and blackjack — are governed by the individual game rules presented within the game interface. RTP and house edge information is displayed within the relevant game metadata where provided by the game supplier. xa555 makes no warranty regarding specific game outcomes for any individual session.
xa555 may support a range of deposit methods, which are displayed in the platform cashier. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as contextual references; their availability is confirmed in the cashier at the time of deposit and is subject to change without notice. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions made available on xa555 are subject to the individual promotion's specific terms and conditions, which take precedence over this section where there is any conflict. xa555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where to do so would adversely affect a User who has already opted in and met all qualifying conditions.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms (the "Wagering Requirement") before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Any unauthorised use of xa555 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xa555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, service interruption, platform downtime or any other loss or damage of any nature.
xa555 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. xa555 makes no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from harmful components. xa555 does not warrant that any particular bet outcome, game result or jackpot figure is achievable by any individual user.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
xa555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
You may close your xa555 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering obligations. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xa555 holds its operational licence, details of which are available through the platform's licensing information.
